The Maze Garden plants a full-scale hedge labyrinth on the campus, reportedly among the country's largest, its paths laid out in a shrivatsa/yantra-inspired geometry that reads beautifully from the elevated viewing points and turns into honest confusion at hedge level. Getting mildly lost takes ten minutes; getting out is the family entertainment.
The published figures are three acres and 2,100 metres of pathway, planted with some 1,80,000 saplings of orange gemini, madhu kamini, glory bovar and mehndi, and put together in eight months. The yantra layout was chosen for its symmetry, and the ground it occupies was a debris dumping site before the campus reclaimed it, which is worth knowing while standing in it.
The hedges have matured enough to block sightlines for children while adults can still orient by landmarks. It is a light 45–60 minute ticket that lands best with kids and groups in a playful mood; solo efficiency-minded itineraries can skip it without regret. Mornings beat afternoons: the maze bowl holds heat.
